How To Reset Your Amazing Charts Cloud Password
- While connected to the cloud, press “CTRL+Alt+End” on your keyboard. You will be prompted with the screen below. Click “Change a password”.

- In the box labeled “Old password”, Enter your current cloud password.

- In the box labeled "New Password”, enter a new password to be used for you cloud user. This password needs to meet the following requirements:
- New passwords must be at least 14 characters in length and must contain characters from at least three of the following four categories:
- Uppercase letters (A–Z)
- Lowercase letters (a–z)
- Numbers (0–9)
- Special characters (e.g., ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ +)
- Passwords must not contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters.
Re-enter the new password into the box labeled “Confirm password” and click the arrow button to make the change.

- New passwords must be at least 14 characters in length and must contain characters from at least three of the following four categories:
- Once complete, log out of Amazing Charts and out of the cloud. You can then log in with the new password.
