- Imported Items: An imported item's name contains the name “Suicide assessment”
Denominator
All patient visits for those patients aged 6 through 16 years at the start of the measurement period with a diagnosis of major depressive disorder
Patient must have a diagnosis of Major Depressive Disorder on their problem list
Note: This measure counts unique visits. If you are tracking this measure, make sure you are completing this on every patient visit.
