How to Export Demographics from Amazing Charts
Note: This process should be done from the main computer in the office. If you are on our hosted solution, please contact support at techsupport@amazingcharts.com.
It is also recommended that this process be run after hours when no one is using Amazing Charts, to ensure accuracy of the data.
- From the main screen of Amazing Charts, click on “View – Administrator Options”
- Enter the Admin Password set by the practice
- Click on the “Import/Export” button
- Select “Patient Demographics” on the left hand side
The demographics will be downloaded to the Amazing Charts directory on the server (usually “C:\\Program Files (x86)\Amazing Charts).
This file is in CSV file format, which is openable through the Excel (or similar) program.
