How To Access and Utilize Amazing Charts Practice Documents

Amazing Charts has a document storage area that allows for quick access to documents you save such as HIPAA, Record Release, or Patient Education. This area is called Practice Documents and can be accessed from anywhere in Amazing Charts.

To Add Documents to Your Amazing Charts Practice Documents

1. From any Amazing Charts window click on the View option in the toolbar at the top of the window.
   
2. Choose Practice Documents from the dropdown.
3. Click the Add A Document button.
   
4. Navigate to your chosen upload folder on your computer.
   
5. Click on the file you wish to import.
   
6. Click the Open button.
   
7. Click the option to Display on Check-In if you wish to have this item available to view or print in the Check-In window automatically. 
   
   
   
   

To View / Print / Utilize Documents to Your Amazing Charts Practice Documents

1. From any Amazing Charts window click on the View option in the toolbar at the top of the window.
   
   
2. Choose Practice Documents from the dropdown.
3. Click on the document you wish to use (Red Arrow).
   
4. Click on the document you wish to view by clicking the View Selected Document button (Blue Arrow).
   
5. Click on the document you wish to print by clicking the Print Selected Document button (Blue Arrow).
