This article explains how to install the phone application used to get the codes to authorize your electronically prescribed controlled substances.
Before beginning the Exostar identity proofing process, it is best to have the Authy app both downloaded and setup on your mobile device if this will be the OTP device you bind. Below are step by step instructions on how to download and setup the Authy app.
Download the app – Search for Authy app 
Enter your phone number – Choose your country code from the dropdown. Type your phone number.
Enter email – Enter your email address.
Receive and enter verification code – Choose how to receive your activation code. Retrieve and enter the activation code.
Add account – Click to add an account.
Backup password – You can create a password for backing up information. (This is optional.)
Account name – Create a name for your account.
Setup Complete – Setup is completed when the app displays the 6-digit OTP.
