Connecting to Amazing Charts Cloud using MacOS
Please first check which version of MacOS your computer is running. You must be using version 10.13 “High Sierra” or higher for Amazing Charts to work. To check your version, please select the Apple Icon in the top left corner of your screen, followed by “About this Mac.”
- Before connecting to Amazing Charts, we must first install the Citrix Workspaces If you are on version 10.15 or higher, please use the link below to download and install the app. If you are using a version below 10.15, please contact us and we can provide you with the correct link for your computer: https://www.citrix.com/downloads/workspace-app/mac/workspace- app-for-mac-latest.html
- Select the green button that says “Download Citrix Workspace App for Mac.” Once the download has completed, click the file to open the installer.
- This will launch the Installer. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the App.
- Once Citrix has been installed, we will be able to connect to Amazing Please navigate to this website and enter the username and password you have been provided with: https://Citrix.virtualac.amazingcharts.cloud
- Select the Amazing Charts icon to initiate the Once complete, select the downloaded file to launch Amazing Charts.
- You will now be able to log in directly to the Amazing Charts.
* Please note that your Amazing Charts username and password are separate from the credentials used to log in to the website in step 4.
