When a lab vendor sends results to your practice, Amazing Charts can import them automatically at a set interval. Once this is turned on, new results show up without anyone going to the Import/Export menu.
This guide walks through turning on the Import Labs Automatically task.

Step by step
Open Administrator Options
From the menu bar at the top of the Amazing Charts main screen, click View, then choose Administrator Options.
Sign in to Admin
Enter your ADMIN username and your Admin Options password, then click Log In.
Open Automated Tasks
In the Administrative Options window, click Automated Tasks in the menu bar at the top.
Turn on Import Labs Automatically
In the Tasks list, select Import Labs Automatically. Check Task Enabled, set Run this task every to how often you want labs imported, then click OK.
What happens next
Lab results sent by your vendors will now import on their own at the interval you chose. You no longer need to import them manually from File > Import/Export > Labs & Radiology on the main screen.
