Sometimes after an upgrade or database move a provider's EPCS Pin # may be removed from the system and cause an error message stating the Pin needs to be updated.
- Provider logs into Amazing Charts.
- Click EDIT on the toolbar at the top of the Schedule window.

- Choose My Preferences from the dropdown.
- Choose User Preferences from the dropdown.

- Click on the Prescriptions tab in the User Preferences window.

- Click the Enable e-Prescribing of controlled substances box.

- Enter the EPCS PIN for the provider logged in in the EPCS Pin Field.

- Click the Save Changes button at the bottom right corner of the window.
