      Reset Your Amazing Charts Cloud Password

      Navigate to https://citrix.virtualac.amazingcharts.cloud and click “Forgot password”.

       

      Enter in your VAC credentials and it will prompt you to answer the security questions that were set up. Click "Log on" once entered. *If you do not remember the answers to your security questions, contact Amazing Charts support as they will need to reset your user*

      You will receive an email with the one-time The code you will need will be the characters after "OTP is"

      Enter the OTP code into this box and click log on.

      You can now type in your new password. All passwords need to meet the following requirements:
      • Minimum length of 14 characters
      • Previous passwords cannot be used
      • Must contain three of the four options:
        1. Upper Case
        2. Lower Case
        3. Number
        4. Symbol (Passwords cannot contain &)

      If your password fails to meet these requirements you will be presented with the following error. If you receive this error, make sure your password meets the above requirements and try again.
