How to change MEDfx user passwords for clients.
MEDfx users that forget their passwords cannot log in and select the Change Password button from the MEDfx Main Menu so a support user must log in and change it for them by supplying them with a temporary password they will be prompted to reset upon logging in.
1. Access and log on to MEDfx hosted on any of the ASP servers:

2. Select the Framework Manager button from the MEDfx Main Menu page.
3. Select Manage User Accounts button from the MEDfx Framework Manager page.
4. Select the user from the User Login field (start typing the user name to jump to the user in the drop-down list).
5. Select the Add / Edit Account button.
6. Enter a temporary password in the Password and Re-type Password fields in the following format: Passwrd1
7. Select the box to the right of Force Change Password to place a check mark.
8. Select the Update button.
