Resetting Amazing Charts in the Cloud After Freezing or Shutdown

If you are using Amazing Charts VAC hosted solution and get the "Cannot start app 'Amazing Charts'" error or have a frozen screen you can follow these steps to shutdown the locked session and log in again.

Occasionally when using a program, it may “halt”, freeze, or crash. If your Amazing Charts login, is not working; you may see the following when trying to log in.

Please note, using the “Logoff – Cloud Session Reset” will bring you back to the Amazing Charts login, and you will lose any previously opened windows, or data that was not saved.

We have a tool to Logoff the frozen session, and start from the main login screen again.

  1. Go to the Amazing Charts Citrix website. https://citrix.virtualac.amazingcharts.cloud/logon/LogonPoint/tmindex.html
  2. On your Citrix Virtual Amazing Charts page, you’ll see “Logoff – Cloud Session Reset”. Selecting this will log out the frozen session, allowing you to login again. You will see a console/black window appear, do not close this window. It will close after a short while.
  3. After the Console/Black Window closes, please wait at least 10 seconds, and try logging in again. You should see a successful loading screen for your Amazing Charts application.
